Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly from I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! recently revealed that Maura Higgins and Reverend Richard Coles will participate in the first eating trial of the series. The hosts surprised the campmates with the news, and the trial will air on Saturday, November 23rd. The duo have been living a secret luxury life in the Junkyard and have invited Radio 1 presenter Dean McCullough to join them. Their mission is to keep this secret in order to win a junk food buffet.
The hosts also discussed the upcoming trial on ITV2’s I’m A Celebrity… Unpacked with host Joel Dommett. Ant and Dec revealed that Higgins and Coles will be the only ones participating in the eating trial, with the rest of the celebrities watching. The trial will be a challenge for the duo to secure the junk food buffet, as they have been nearly discovered as living luxuriously in the Junkyard.
In addition to discussing the trial, Ant and Dec also talked about their own fitness routines. They shared that they do go to the gym, with McPartlin preferring boxing training and Donnelly being more of a yoga and Pilates man. The hosts also joked about who would win in a fight between them and boxer Barry McGuigan.
