A massive fire is currently raging in Adams County, North Dakota, with State EMS estimating it to be approximately 14 miles long and spreading in a southeast direction. Responding fire departments include Lemmon, Hettinger, Mott, and the North Dakota Forest Service, with additional support from Kindred fire, Dickinson rural, Bismarck rural, and Burlington fire dispatched through the N.D. Taskforce. The fire, located north of Lemmon, South Dakota, has already consumed an area measuring around 10 miles long and two to four miles wide, according to Adams County Sheriff Jordan Fisher.
