Eight student-athletes from South Dakota State University have been recognized for their outstanding academic achievements with Academic All-District Awards. The awards, given by the College Sports Information Directors of America, honor student-athletes who excel both in the classroom and on the field.
To be eligible for the award, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.30 GPA and have participated in at least half of their team’s competitions. The eight Jackrabbits who received this prestigious honor have demonstrated their dedication to their studies while also making significant contributions to their respective sports teams.
The student-athletes recognized include players from a variety of sports, including men’s and women’s basketball, golf, track and field, and soccer.
