The 2025 North Dakota State Spelling Bee is set to take place on March 17 at the Bismarck Event Center, sponsored by various organizations including the North Dakota Newspaper Association Education Foundation and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles. One hundred students from across the state will participate, with the winner advancing to the 2025 Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C. Competitors are in grades 4-8, and the event is organized by the North Dakota Association of County Superintendents.
