North Dakota’s Jake Livanavage Named First Team All-NCHC

North Dakota sophomore defenseman Jake Livanavage has been recognized as one of the top players in the NCHC, earning First Team All-NCHC honors. Livanavage, hailing from Phoenix, Arizona, had an outstanding season with 28 points and 24 assists, leading the team in both categories. He also excelled defensively, ranking second on the team in blocked shots and averaging nearly 25 minutes of ice time per game.

Livanavage becomes only the fifth defenseman at North Dakota to earn a selection to the NCHC’s first team, joining a prestigious list of past honorees. His teammate Sacha Boisvert was also recognized, being named to the all-rookie team. The NCHC will announce individual award finalists soon, with the winners being revealed at the NCHC Awards Celebration in March.

Livanavage’s achievements reflect his dedication and talent on the ice, solidifying his status as a key player for North Dakota. Fans can follow North Dakota hockey on social media or visit FightingHawks.com for more updates.
