Tulane baseball to kick off 12-game homestand against North Dakota State

The Tulane baseball team is set to kick off a 12-game homestand at Greer Field at Turchin Stadium with a series against North Dakota State starting March 7. Tulane, with a strong 9-3 record this season, aims to continue their success after a recent road trip victory over Long Beach State. In contrast, North Dakota State is struggling at 1-11 with a team ERA of 11.37, and has lost five consecutive games.

The series will include games on Friday at 6:30 p.m., Saturday at 2 p.m., and Sunday at 1 p.m., with special promotions such as Baseball Bingo, Kids Club Day, and a Batman-themed shirt giveaway. Following this series, Tulane will face Nicholls and Jackson State on March 11 and 12, respectively, in what will be crucial games for building their season record.

The focus for Tulane in this homestand will be on extending their strong start to the season and addressing any weaknesses presented by the struggling North Dakota State team. This stretch of home games could be pivotal for Tulane’s success as they look to continue their winning ways and solidify their position in the season standings.
