Samsung has announced a partnership with Fetal Care Center Dallas and Dr. Kevin Magee as the first medical practice in the country to use their new ultrasound technology, the Hera Z20. The innovative technology provides enhanced diagnostics and allows doctors to see incredibly detailed images inside the womb, leading to improved patient care and potentially life-saving treatments for developing babies.
The Hera Z20 device uses tailored 2D, 3D, and color imaging, as well as advanced AI and automated features to improve diagnostic accuracy and efficiency. New features such as Live Q-scan and A-Focus have been added to provide clearer images and reduce noise during ultrasounds. Samsung’s Crystal Architecture technology also enhances image clarity.
Fetal Care Center Dallas, a practice specializing in high-risk pregnancies, has evaluated over 36,000 pregnancies since 2007 and performed more than 1,200 fetal surgeries. Their comprehensive approach involves a team of specialists in various fields to provide coordinated care from diagnosis to postoperative recovery.
