Richardson was a graduate of Jamestown College and a dedicated member of various organizations, including the Jamestown Chamber of Commerce and the North Dakota Broadcasters Association. He was known for his roles in radio, serving as an announcer and station owner, as well as his contributions to fundraising and development in the community. Richardson was honored during his lifetime for his achievements, including induction into the Jamestown College Hall of Fame. He leaves behind a legacy of service and dedication to his family and community. A memorial service will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Jamestown, with donations suggested for the Richardson Scholarships at the University of Jamestown.
