The Downtown Community Partnership in Fargo, North Dakota is teaming up with Miss North Dakota, Sophia Richards, to clean up and support local businesses in the heart of the city. Executive Director Rocky Schneider highlights the unique appeal of downtown Fargo, with a focus on independent, dream-driven businesses like coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques.
