The 76th Primetime Emmy Awards winners were announced on Sunday night. Some of the winners included Lamorne Morris for Supporting Actor in a limited series for “Fargo,” “The Daily Show” for Best Talk Series, and Lucia Aniello, Paul W. Downs, and Jen Statsky for Writing in a Comedy Series for “Hacks.” Steven Zaillian won for Directing a limited series or TV movie for “Ripley.” Alex Edelman won for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special for “Alex Edelman: Just For Us.” “Last Week Tonight with John Oliver” was named Best Scripted Variety Series. Jean Smart won for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for “Hacks.” Elizabeth Debicki won for Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for “The Crown Netflix” and Liza Colón-Zayas won for Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for “The Bear.” Jeremy Allen White won for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series for “The Bear.” Billy Crudup won for Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for “The Morning Show” and Ebon Moss-Bachrach won for Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for “The Bear.” Additional winners included Jessica Gunning, Alex Edelman, and Jean Smart.
